This summer I did a bit of experimental baking on the bbq: fun! (and a great idea when you don't want to heat your place up)

After botching some lovely sprouted quinoa muffins that I tried to bake on the bbq, I was ready to learn from my mistake: don't put the pan directly on the grill, or else your goods will burn burn burn.

Been very busy lately~

I'm preparing live video for a new music festival - seems worlds apart from healthy baking, but not so! I bake while rendering video (which is kind of like baking), and it's best to have
healthy snacks on hand when working hard ;-)

...so yes, I've still been baking and researching. I'm excited to share all sorts of amazing recipes in the months to come! (I'm also excited about the upcoming re-launch of pattycake.ca - soon...)

Bonjour!

I’m still here in Vevey Switzerland, having an amazing time. There are boulangeries and patisseries everywhere: croissants, pain au chocolate, baguettes, mereigne, tarts, gateau… many lovely cheeses, wine, and chocolate as well. I’ve decided to put on my winter fat here :-)

I will share some of my adventures when I return next week. Time flies when you’re in a beautiful country eating exquisite food!
