Ingredients / Directions:
Blend together approximately:
1 banana (frozen if you like)
1/4 c carrot juice
1/2 c orange or pineapple or mango juice
1/3 c blueberries (fresh or frozen)
a dash/pinch or 2 of cinnamon and ginger spice
*a dash/pinch of cardamom (*optional)
enjoy :-)
