Ingredients / Directions:
Makes 1 cup of fruit puree made with dried fruit like: prunes, raisins, apricots, dates, figs.
Best method:
Fill measuring cup to the 1 cup mark with dried fruit. Next, pour water
in over fruit to the 1 cup mark. Allow to soak for several hours or
overnight. Puree in blender.
Good method (quicker):
Fill measuring cup to the 1 cup mark with dried fruit. Next, pour
boiling water in in over fruit to the 1 cup mark. Allow to soak for 1-2
hours. Puree in blender.
Quickest method:
Fill measuring cup to the 1 cup mark with dried fruit. Next, pour warm
water in in over fruit to the 1 cup mark. Puree in blender.
