This scrumptious cake is a variation of my grandmas recipe which I've updated to be wheat-free and lower in refined ingredients, sugar and fat. (This can be made with wheat flour too.) Richer than my Healthy Chocolate Zucchini Cake recipe, this version is delightfully airy with a delicate balance of aromatic ingredients + extra chocolate. (More info in my blog entry.)
A healthy carrot cake that's low in fat, high in flavor, and made with natural sugars: moist, fruity, spicy + bonus fiber!

This classic cake is based on my grandma's delicious (and very rich) recipe. I altered her recipe to make it healthier, while keeping the delicious flavours and texture of the original. This version uses whole ingredients, a lot less sugar and fat (over half as much! don't worry, the zucchini keeps things moist) - and more chocolate, spice and vanilla. (More info in my blog entry.)
Another Mexican inspiration, made with a genereous amount of Kahlua, cacao, walnuts, as well as purreed prunes/dates. A cakey brownie that's beautiful in texture and exquisitely flavored: rich, dark, moist, chocolaty, and not too sweet. Voted "best brownies of all time" by my partner!
Striking and delicious: rich dark dense chocolate torte with a subtle blend of Latin flavours, crowned with airy fragrant Honey Vanilla Marshmallow Frosting. Perfect for a fiesta :-)
Bittersweet and divine - this loaf can also be made into my quintessential prune brownies. You can play with the ingredients and proportions in this wonderful versatile recipe that's surprisingly healthy and full of fiber!
