Been very busy lately~
I'm preparing live video for a new music festival - seems worlds apart from healthy baking, but not so! I bake while rendering video (which is kind of like baking), and it's best to have
healthy snacks on hand when working hard ;-)
...so yes, I've still been baking and researching. I'm excited to share all sorts of amazing recipes in the months to come! (I'm also excited about the upcoming re-launch of pattycake.ca - soon...)
